    Recently, it has been brought to our attention that some of you maybe experiencing troubles reading or using our web site due to some strange automatic conversion of our web site into unrecognizable Chinese characters.

    After investigation, the problem has been identified as: Caused after a user upgrades their web browser to the newer version of Internet Explorer 8.0 or equavilant.

    As this problem seems to be strictly a computer software glitch - affecting web sites originating from our part of the world only - and without our prior knowledge; there is nothing we can do now but to complain to Microsoft strongly & daily.

    Hopefully Microsoft can resolve this problem soon. Meanwhile, as this problem seems to appear mostly at the checking out Shopping Cart page stage:
    • You can always try to roll back your browser to your more relyable and more trouble free previous version; or
