No claims for used items. Defective items are subject to exchange within 30 days of delivery. Please inform us and ask us for an Exchange Authorization Code by email before sending back. Returned item must be kept in the ORIGINAL PACKING, UNDAMAGED and UN-USED condition.
Moreover, returned item with incomplete or incorrect address will not be delivered back to the customer. Item that is abandoned by customer side local post office or customs, for any reason, will not be re-delivered again. Under all these conditions, item will only be re-delivered on the customer expenses.
Exchange Authorization Code within 30 days of delivery is a MUST before returning the defective items to us. We will not bear any responsibility to hold and handle any items returned to us without Exchange Authorization Code.
